The cryptically titled Ustream channel datamosh-liveshow(loop-finding) has been pouring out a constant stream of glitches for at least 2 days now. Presently, it seems to be featuring asian music videos as source material.
There is very little information on the page, but it seems to be the work of Vimeo user flac. It could just be a loop, but the framerate is low enough that it’s also conceivable it is being constantly generated on a server somewhere.
If I find out more information I’ll post it here.

EDIT 05-17-10: I received a brief response from Flac on Vimeo with a list of her (?) other websites. The language barrier seems to be an issue, though I can’t find much writing of any sort on these pages. Anyway, here are some rather nice databent images (bent with an audio editor).
