Psymbolic, the Chicago-based audio / visual / multimedia artist label, is hosting RECOIL: a pre-DEMF party (that’s the Detroit Electronic Music Festival for those not in-the-know) on Friday, May 28th. The lineup of DJs and musicians includes: The Flashbulb, Dojo Vs. Twitch, Kate Simko, and James Lauer. Video will be mixed live by Corndog / Alibi Visuals.

Recoil will be held at the Catalyst Collective (3847 W. North Ave, Chicago, IL) and will run from 9pm – 2am (doors open at 8:30pm). Tickets are still available for the “early” price of $12 (not to be confused with the “advanced” price which will presumably go into effect sometime between now and the 28th) on the Psymbolic website. They are $20 at the door, so get em now.
