The Megapolis Audio Festival will be taking place in Baltimore, MD on the weekend of May 14-16. There will be lots of interesting demos and workshops, including basic synth creation in Pure Data and a lesson on building your own contact microphones.

Tickets are available online for a little cheaper than on the day, and some of the more popular workshops require an RSVP, so I encourage you to check out the offical website for the current schedule of events.
